Have you ever wondered WHY you become ill or suffer from certain chronic conditions?
Can you believe that chronic stress and anxiety is capable of triggering minor and major illness?
When you have a thought or feeling this creates an impression on your physical body. Negative thinking and emotions, therefore, eventually manifest as a physical complaint. Your thoughts and feelings are created in your aura or energy field also known as your subtle body, and the more negative the thought and the more it is repeated, the stronger the impact on your most dense body, which is the physical body. Eventually, this negative energy is established in your energy field and then penetrates the other layers of your Being, until it finally settles in your physical form. This is how physical illness is created.
It isn't a pretty idea. After all, we would never think that it could be ourselves who create our own illness and suffering!
Now that we understand something about the origins of illness, we can be empowered by this insight. This means that WE are in control of much of our own well-being, just as We are in control of our own destiny.

What about emotional disease, such as anxiety and depression?
We are actually in control of our thoughts and emotions and therefore can take control of both our emotional and physical diseases by not allowing an unwanted or troublesome thought or feeling to attach itself to us. That is easier said than done, you may be thinking as you read this. In fact most of the time it is as simple as mentally or verbally speaking positive words or creatively visualising nice and serene images that can change the way we perceive ourselves, others and situations. By regularly (and it does take time and practise) using positive phrases and visualisations, unwanted, negative patterns can be alleviated, transmuted or totally released.

HYPNOTHERAPY is very good for stress and anxiety as the initial hypno-relaxation technique prepares even the most tense and anxious person for a deeper therapy that removes disabling anxieties, such as panic attacks.
