To start with all you have to do to take your first step to gaining more confidence is to tell yourself that you ARE confident and self assured, and the more you say it the more you believe it and then it becomes reality for you.
That sounds simple, right? You may think that is easier said than done...but after two or three hypnotherapy sessions you will feel differently and start to believe that you can continue to build on the positive changes already made.
However, it can take time and work on your part to build your confidence and self esteem. Imagine you want to do build up your physique and tone your muscles. You would go to the Gym frequently, possibly daily to achieve the body you desire. The same applies to your esteem and confidence. You would need to train yourself pyschologically until you achieved the results you desire. This is the purpose of daily self-hypnosis.
I use a special technique which I call 'Glowing Light of Confidence'. This is very powerful and effective in locating, establishing and building your self confidence.
